Early Works

The founders of the Association for Establishing and Supporting Nursing Homes (HEKYAD) and, accordingly, the Istanbul Nursing Home (IHE), initially consisted of individuals operating within the Society for Assisting Darulaceze. Therefore, it can be said that HEKYAD emerged from within The Society for Assistance to Darulaceze. As such, many of the activities during the establishment phase of the Istanbul Nursing Home were conducted under the umbrella of The Society for Assistance to Darulaceze. Based on this, information on some of the fundraising activities related to the foundation of The Society for Assistance to Darulaceze and the Istanbul Nursing Home is presented below.
