In accordance with the provisions of our Association's regulations, lifelong care services are also provided by our association. To carry out this process, a "Lifelong Care Agreement" (LCA) is established between the relevant parties. In short, the LCA is an agreement that requires a person to be cared for until their death in exchange for the transfer of property. These agreements are regulated under Article 611 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, specifically in the Seventeenth Chapter titled "Lifelong Income and Lifelong Care Agreements."
Article 611 - A lifelong care agreement is an agreement in which the caregiver undertakes to care for the care recipient until their death, and the care recipient undertakes to transfer a property or certain assets to the caregiver.
If the care recipient has designated heirs, the provisions of the inheritance agreement shall apply to the lifelong care agreement.
In this context, our association has signed Lifelong Care Agreements with a total of 12 individuals since its establishment, and the care and supervision of these elderly individuals has been provided by our association until the end of their lives. Of the 12 individuals, 11 resided in our nursing home, and the care of one was provided in their home.
